To help your athlete have the best experience, we recommend:
• Athletic clothing or team jersey
• Cleats (recommended) or athletic shoes
• Water bottle (hydration is key!)
• Mouthguard (required)
• Sunscreen & weather-appropriate gear
• Football: 6U & 8U play with the PeeWee size, 10U+ plays with the Junior size
Flags and Jerseys are provided by the league but you need to bring them each week.
