At Desert Blaze Football, we are committed to creating a positive, safe, and empowering environment for every athlete, coach, official, and family member. Our sidelines should reflect the values we teach on the field: respect, integrity, and sportsmanship.
By attending Desert Blaze events, all spectators agree to the following:
π EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cheer positively for all athletes
β
Support effort, development, and teamwork
β
Respect coachesβ decisions β they are developing athletes, not winning at all costs

Respect officials β mistakes happen; officials are human
β
Model great sportsmanship β our athletes are watching
β
Keep the game fun and encouraging
π« UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
β Yelling at or criticizing players (your own or others)
β Coaching from the sidelines
β Arguing with referees, coaches, or staff
β Profanity, taunting, or aggressive language
β Negative comments about opponents or officials
β Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment

β’ Allow coaches to coach β save feedback for appropriate times
β’ Address concerns off the field and after emotions cool
β’ Never confront a coach or official during a game
β οΈ ENFORCEMENT POLICY
Desert Blaze Football has a zero-tolerance policy for sideline misconduct.
Violations may result in:
1. Verbal warning
2. Removal from the sideline
3. Ejection from the facility
4. Suspension from future games
5. Removal from the league (no refund) for repeated or severe behavior
