‼️Sideline Code of Conduct

At Desert Blaze Football, we are committed to creating a positive, safe, and empowering environment for every athlete, coach, official, and family member. Our sidelines should reflect the values we teach on the field: respect, integrity, and sportsmanship. By attending Desert Blaze events, all spectators agree to the following:

🏈 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

βœ… Cheer positively for all athletes

βœ… Support effort, development, and teamwork

βœ… Respect coaches’ decisions β€” they are developing athletes, not winning at all costs

βœ… Respect officials β€” mistakes happen; officials are human

βœ… Model great sportsmanship β€” our athletes are watching

βœ… Keep the game fun and encouraging

🚫 UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

βŒ Yelling at or criticizing players (your own or others)

❌ Coaching from the sidelines

❌ Arguing with referees, coaches, or staff

❌ Profanity, taunting, or aggressive language

❌ Negative comments about opponents or officials

❌ Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ PARENTS & GUARDIANS

β€’ Allow coaches to coach β€” save feedback for appropriate times

β€’ Address concerns off the field and after emotions cool

β€’ Never confront a coach or official during a game

Desert Blaze Football has a zero-tolerance policy for sideline misconduct.
